Who is responsible

Interference (the “publication”) determines the purposes and means of the processing described here and acts as controller under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018, LGPD) and, where it applies, as controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679, GDPR). What is collected

  • Technical data collected automatically on each visit: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring address, pages requested, and timestamps.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, time on page, scroll behaviour, and interaction events, in aggregate form.
  • Advertising identifiers: identifiers set by advertising platforms where a visit originates from a paid placement, used to measure campaign performance.
  • Correspondence: the email address and content of any message sent to the address above.
  • Transaction records: where a purchase is made under this brand, the payment processor collects and holds payment details. The publication receives confirmation of the transaction and does not receive or store full card numbers.

No sensitive personal data as defined in Article 5(II) LGPD or Article 9 GDPR is deliberately collected, and none is requested through this site.

Legal bases for processing

  • Legitimate interests (Art. 7(IX) LGPD; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — operating and securing the site, preventing abuse, and measuring aggregate traffic.
  • Consent (Art. 7(I) LGPD; Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — non-essential analytics and advertising technologies where consent is required by the applicable jurisdiction. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
  • Performance of a contract (Art. 7(V) LGPD; Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — fulfilling and supporting a purchase.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 7(II) LGPD; Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — retaining records required by tax, accounting, and consumer protection law.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses cookies and comparable storage for three purposes: keeping the site functioning, measuring aggregate traffic, and measuring advertising performance. Only the first category is strictly necessary. Browser settings can block or delete cookies, and advertising platforms provide their own opt-out controls. Blocking non-essential cookies does not restrict access to any article.

Who receives data

Personal data is shared only with processors acting on documented instructions: hosting and content delivery providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, email providers, and — for purchases — payment processors. Data is not sold, rented, or traded. Disclosure to public authorities occurs only where required by law or to establish or defend a legal claim.

International transfers

Hosting and processing may occur outside Brazil and outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Transfers rely on the mechanisms permitted under Art. 33 LGPD and Chapter V GDPR — adequacy decisions where they exist, and standard contractual clauses with supplementary measures where they do not.

Retention

  • Server and security logs: up to 6 months.
  • Aggregate analytics: up to 26 months.
  • Correspondence: up to 24 months from the last message.
  • Transaction and tax records: for the period required by Brazilian law, currently 5 years.

Data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised at the end of the applicable period.

Rights

Data subjects hold the rights set out in Art. 18 LGPD and Chapter III GDPR: confirmation of processing; access; correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; anonymisation, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data; portability; information about entities with which data has been shared; information about the consequences of refusing consent; withdrawal of consent; objection to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests; and, under GDPR, restriction of processing.

Requests are sent to support@interference.pro and are answered within 15 days under LGPD or one month under GDPR. Verification of identity may be requested before a request is fulfilled.

Complaints

A complaint may be lodged with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados, ANPD) at gov.br/anpd, or with the competent supervisory authority in the relevant EU or EEA member state.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age. Where such data is identified, it is deleted.

Changes

Material changes to this notice are published on this page with a revised effective date.
