1. Acceptance

Access to this site constitutes acceptance of these terms. Anyone who does not accept them should not use the site.

2. Eligibility

This site is intended for adults aged 18 or over. It is not directed at minors, and accounts or purchases are not knowingly accepted from anyone under 18.

3. Nature of the material

Everything published here is editorial coverage of published research, offered for general information. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind — medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial — and no professional relationship arises from reading it, from purchasing a publication, or from corresponding with the desk.

4. No claim of result

Interference makes no representation that reading any article or publication produces any outcome. Nothing here is described as a method, system, programme, protocol, or sequence of steps that yields a result, and no such characterisation should be read into it. Research findings are reported as findings about the samples studied, under the conditions described, subject to the limitations stated.

5. Licence to use

A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence is granted to access and read this site and, where purchased, to read a publication for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution, resale, systematic copying, republication, and use in training datasets are outside that licence. Brief quotation with attribution and a link is permitted.

6. Intellectual property

Text, figures, layout, code, and the Interference name and mark are the property of the publication or its licensors and are protected by Brazilian Law nº 9.610/1998 and applicable international treaties. Referenced research remains the property of its authors and publishers; figures on this site are original schematic reconstructions, not reproductions of published artwork.

7. Acceptable use

  • No attempt to access systems, data, or accounts without authorisation.
  • No automated scraping, mirroring, or bulk extraction of content.
  • No interference with the operation or availability of the site.
  • No use of the material to represent the publication as endorsing any product, service, or claim.

8. Purchases and payment

Where a digital publication is offered for sale under this brand, the price and terms shown at the point of purchase apply. Payments are handled by third-party processors under their own terms; the publication does not receive or store full card details. Refunds are governed by the refund policy.

9. Payment disputes

A billing question raised at support@interference.pro is generally resolved faster than a chargeback, which typically takes the issuing bank several weeks. Where a chargeback is filed, the publication may provide the processor with transaction records, correspondence, and access logs in order to respond. Access to a purchased publication may be suspended while a dispute is open.

10. Availability

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. Interruption for maintenance, provider failure, or reasons outside the publication's control may occur, and no continuous availability is warranted.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publication is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990) and any mandatory consumer rights in the reader's own jurisdiction.

12. Third-party links

Links to external sites are provided for reference. The publication does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Changes

These terms may be revised. The effective date at the head of this page indicates the current version, and continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes are subject to the Brazilian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available in the reader's place of residence.
