The window

Any purchase made under this brand may be refunded within 30 calendar days of the transaction date. The window runs from the date the payment was processed, not the date of first access.

How to request one

A refund request is sent by email to support@interference.pro. Requests are accepted in English or Portuguese. No reason has to be given, and none will be asked for beyond what is needed to locate the transaction.

Including the following in the first message avoids a round of correspondence:

  • The email address used at purchase.
  • The transaction date and amount.
  • The descriptor that appeared on the card or bank statement.
  • The order or receipt number, where one was issued.

Timing

Requests are acknowledged within 2 business days. Where the transaction is located and falls inside the window, the refund is submitted to the payment processor within 5 business days of the request. The time for funds to appear is then set by the processor and the issuing bank — typically 5 to 10 business days for card payments, and shorter for instant transfer methods. The publication does not control that interval.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. A refund cannot be redirected to a different card, account, or person.

Limits

  • Requests received after the 30-day window are outside this policy, though statutory rights are unaffected.
  • Where a chargeback has already been filed for the same transaction, the dispute proceeds through the issuing bank and a parallel refund is not processed.
  • Access to a purchased publication ends when a refund is issued.
  • Repeated purchase-and-refund cycles by the same purchaser may result in future purchases being declined.

Statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not replace, rights available under law. Under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990, Art. 49), purchases made outside a commercial establishment carry a right of withdrawal within 7 days. Consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions may hold separate statutory rights of withdrawal. Where a statutory right is more favourable than this policy, the statutory right applies.

Free material

Every article in the catalogue is free to read and requires no payment, so no refund arises in connection with the site itself.
